Shoulders have 13⁄8″ wide 3M^TM Scotchlite^TM Reflective Material on front and back and a 4″ x 18″ 3M^TM Scotchlite^TM Reflective Material panel with title in black on front and back. Designed with our standard high-quality workmanship. Lime green 3M^TM Scotchlite^TM Reflective Material used on all colors of mesh. Please call for custom title pricing.
